28-Day Whole Living Detox: Day 13

First and foremost, the internet at my apartment has been miserable lately, thus I’m a little behind on updating.

Saturday I was in a bit of a funk.  I don’t think it was detox related; it was just one of those days, ya know?  So, because of said mood I was lucky to pick for most of my meals.  In fact, I don’t think I actually made anything all weekend, unless you count putting things in a blender and pressing start… yeah, I didn’t think so.

Breakfast: Chia seed porridge with blueberries and chopped walnuts
Lunch: one bunch of grapes and a handful of almonds
Dinner: warmed up Picadillo Stew

Have I mentioned I miss wine yet? All lush jokes aside, I ran into a friend while out doing errands and we wanted so badly to go to dinner or to grab a drink on a patio outside to enjoy the gorgeous summer day, but I felt so restricted we ended up parting ways.  It’s silly, I know. I just miss the social element of it.
