Pretty straightforward day here, nothing much to report. I’m looking forward to introducing gluten free grains and eggs tomorrow! I’m a carb girl so I’m surprised that I’m honestly more looking forward to the eggs than anything, but either way I’ll be adding a whole new set of options to my palate in mere hours. It goes without saying this has me most excited because of the new breakfasts I get to add.
Breakfast: Antioxidant Green Monster with a handful of pistachios
Lunch: Power Green Tacos (Power greens, salsa, avocado, corn tortillas)

Dinner: remnants of picadillo soup with black beans and green chilis added in
